President

Peter Carr is a pioneer in managed service provider (MSP) and vendor management system (VMS) solutions. He epitomizes Flextrack’s approach of blending expert practitioners and technologists to provide global leading solutions to Flextrack’s customers.

Matthew Moloney

Vice President of Enterprises & Sales
Matthew Moloney has built his expertise in the contingent workforce space over nearly two decades, working with global leaders in the industry and serving multiple recruiting, sales, operations and executive roles. In 2012 Matt joined Flextrack, Inc. to deliver top-notch managed service provider (MSP) and vendor management system (VMS) solutions to clients in a variety of industries. During the past two years, Matt has been helping to lead the digital transformation of the contingent workforce space, bringing the power and flexibility of the Salesforce platform to VMS while catalyzing business enablement and C-level strategy execution. One of Matt’s core purposes throughout has been to ensure the contingent workforce gets the care and recognition it deserves as a cornerstone of enterprise talent strategies.

Vic Vaswani

Vice President of Marketing
Vic is an accomplished leader who brings 20 years of experience leading marketing and communications at some of the world’s foremost technology companies. Vic previously led global marketing and communications at Ingram Micro Cloud helped launch the CloudBlue brand and led digital marketing for the PaaS business. Before Ingram Micro, Vic led the Global Marketing Team at Printronix. He oversaw programs and initiatives to merge the company with TSC Auto ID and form a new independent brand. Vic held senior marketing positions at Havas Worldwide and IBM earlier in his career. He received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Bond University, his MBA from the University of La Verne, and is a graduate of the Performance Leadership Program from Cornell University.

Neha Sachdeva

Vice President of Service Operations
Neha has over 15 years of managing contingent labor programs, with full accountability of the service delivery of both the MSP and VMS services while being accountable for Flextrack’s achievement of our service level commitments. She manages the entire Public and Private Sector Practice while consulting on Contingent Workforce Programs encompassing end-to-end design and implementation strategies along with change management plans and transition activities. Neha is an accomplished Subject Matter Expert on supply chain, market pricing, and job descriptions while providing rate consultation for over ten years across all job categories.

Mark Zolkos

Managing Director Enterprise Strategies & Alliances

Mark has over 25 years of experience in the workforce solutions industry, where he’s been responsible for implementing, operating, and transforming hundreds of contingent workforce solutions for various organizations. For the last 20 years, Mark worked for a global leader in Manage Service Provider (MSP) solutions. 

He held numerous roles from Vice President of Global Implementations to Vice President Process Excellence overseeing the organization’s business intelligence, supplier management, and Global Center of excellence practice. In addition, Mark led the organization’s technology teams that built and managed the organization’s VMS technology and other technology solutions to digitize and transform contingent workforce solutions. He epitomizes Flextrack’s approach of blending expert practitioners and technologists to provide global leading solutions to Flextrack’s customers.

Jeff Mike

Managing Director of Customer Strategy and Value

As a Managing Director at Flextrack, Inc. Jeff Mike works closely with HR, Procurement and IT leaders to design extended workforce ecosystems that fuel and future-proof enterprise talent strategies. Jeff brings over 15 years of experience leading HR functions, along with five years leading global HR- and workforce-related research, to combine the best thought leadership, business practices, and platform technology into purpose-built solutions. Prior to joining Flextrack, Jeff was Head of Human Capital Research and Insights with Deloitte, Vice President of Human Capital for a research and consulting firm based in Maryland, and a faculty member in Human Resources Development in Morocco. Jeff holds an MS in OD and Strategic HR from Johns Hopkins University, and a doctorate in Human and Organizational Learning from George Washington University.

Beth Bruder

Head of Analytics
Beth brings to Flextrack nearly 20 years of experience in data analytics, AI, and machine learning across multiple industries in both the public and private sectors. Beth has a proven track record of building user-friendly analytics solutions to guide companies away from basic reporting and towards cutting-edge predictive and prescriptive analytics. Utilizing these principles, Beth has led the development of Flextrack’s industry-leading data visualization and machine learning tools. These tools provide a clear line of sight into all contingent workforce data, forecast future trends, facilitate data-driven decision-making, and allow for true total talent management.
