Dr. Jeff Mike is responsible for staying ahead of people, technology, and work trends to ensure Flextrack customers and solutions remain impactful and future-proof. As our Head of Insights and Impact, he’s the mind behind the research we lead, the partnerships we create, and our groundbreaking Extended Workforce Influencer Forum. Dedicated to creating alliances in service of customers and the HR community, Jeff has over 15 years of HR leadership and seven years of workforce-related research and advisory experience on a global scale. He holds a doctorate in Human and Organizational Learning from The George Washington University.
