11 Jul Flextrack in Action: What does Scheduling a Demo look like?
Whether you’re struggling with integration, support, sourcing talent, creating accurate reports, advanced analytics, custom configurations, or keeping data secure, managing the extended workforce on legacy technology can be stressful to leaders and management alike.
When you’re in need of a new VMS. Getting started, figuring out what you need, who the players you need to loop into this change might be, and what deliverables you need to consider can all start to feel overwhelming.
Setting up calls and demos is no less stressful. So let’s show you the process specific to Flextrack. We want you to understand what happens, how the process will go, and what you can expect from our team.
The stages of setting up a Flextrack Demo
1. You share your email
When you sign up for a Demo, the details you’ve shared are sent to our experts, who will reach out to ask how we can help.
2. We connect to see what you need
Our account executives will connect with you on the phone or email – we want to get some basics from you and ask a few questions regarding your needs. The goal is to set up some time for a proper consultation, which we call a “discovery call.”
3. We schedule a discovery call to understand your needs and pain points
A discovery call is an essential step to getting a sense of your current challenges are. These calls are “you” centered; we may bring in experts from our side to support you better and understand your needs on a deeper level. You can also ask our sales executives to include certain individuals on the discovery call.
Here are some things we usually concentrate on:
- We want to know what a better VMS looks like for you
- We go through what your required capabilities are.
- We learn how you measure success
- We dig into what you’re unsure about (many leaders with legacy VMS’s don’t know what is available to them).
4. Our team connects internally to see how we can best approach your needs with our solutions
After discovery, our team regroups and gets to work. We draw out a plan of attack on what your needs and measurables are, and we bring in more internal experts to strategize what the best way forward could look like.
5. We follow up with an Agenda to see if what we have aligns with your needs and expectations
Your dedicated account executive will send you an agenda for the demo we’re preparing. You can inspect the course of action, make changes, and connect with the team at any time.
6. A demo is prepared and scheduled
Once you’re happy with the demo plan, we finalize and prepare internally, set a date, and present. While this is pre-planned, we’re always happy to take questions as they arise, answer other queries, and work around the needs of your team to answer any questions you have.
No standard req to check demo with us – You get to see and experience how the #1 VMS solution in the world differs from legacy VMS technology and how it works in real-time to address your needs.
