His career spans leadership roles across VMS, MSP, RPO, and enterprise sales, consistently focusing on supporting organizations modernize how they attract, engage, and manage their talent.

Cameron Edwards leads channel partnerships and new client growth at Flextrack, bringing more than 15 years of staffing and workforce solutions experience to the organization. Over her career she has developed a deep understanding of the operational and strategic challenges organizations face in managing contingent labor and extended workforce programs.
Leveraging that firsthand industry experience, Cameron partners with enterprise organizations to evaluate and implement workforce technology solutions that drive measurable impact across HR, Procurement, Finance, and IT. She is passionate about helping companies align the human side of talent with the scalability, efficiency, and innovation enabled by modern VMS technology.
Known for her consultative approach and strong industry expertise, Cameron works closely with clients to design workforce strategies that improve visibility, agility, compliance, and business performance.
