James is a veteran executive with over 25 years of experience in workforce technology, staffing, and contingent labor solutions. As VP of Solutions at Flextrack, he leads the team responsible for solution design, implementation, and client success for the world’s first vendor management system built on Salesforce.
His career spans leadership roles across VMS, MSP, RPO, and enterprise sales, consistently focusing on supporting organizations modernize how they attract, engage, and manage their talent.
James has been instrumental in launching innovative technologies, scaling service models, and advising enterprise clients on strategic workforce initiatives.
Known for his ability to translate complex business needs into scalable technology solutions, James delivers measurable results across both startup ventures and global enterprises.
Mark has over 25 years of experience in the workforce solutions industry, where he’s been responsible for implementing, operating, and transforming hundreds of contingent workforce solutions for various organizations. For the last 20 years, Mark worked for a global leader in Manage Service Provider (MSP) solutions.
He held numerous roles from Vice President of Global Implementations to Vice President Process Excellence overseeing the organization’s business intelligence, supplier management, and Global Center of excellence practice. In addition, Mark led the organization’s technology teams that built and managed the organization’s VMS technology and other technology solutions to digitize and transform contingent workforce solutions. He epitomizes Flextrack’s approach of blending expert practitioners and technologists to provide global leading solutions to Flextrack’s customers.
Managing Director, Sales
Mark has been working in VMS and Contingent Labor Management solutions at the enterprise level for over 18 years. As a leader in strategic global sales engagements, he works closely with MSPs and industry-specific solution providers to help clients solve complex business challenges. Over the past 20 years, Mark has been responsible for helping to translate industry and customer needs into product development and solution roadmaps.
Mark’s career began in staffing. And as he transitioned to enterprise software sales at Oracle Corp., he leveraged both these disciplines into aligning business outcomes with scalable technology as a leading VMS sales executive. Mark holds a BBA in Business from James Madison University and an MBA from George Washington University.
